First Session (90 Minutes)
Energy & Subconscious Re-Programming Session
Service Description
This First Session is 1 hour 30 minutes and in-person. Come prepared with your thoughts on where you are in your life right now and what you want to work on. The "First Session Form" (see link on "book a session" page of website) will help you do this and help me to be prepared to work with you. Another great step, if you have the time, is to read "How to Prepare" (see "work with me" section of website) for your session. If you don't have any time for this, then just show up ready to shift and change and see your life in a new light! Modality of Energy Work used in this session: This is my own creation of energy healing which includes subconscious re-programming through active imagination, energy work, somatic awareness, sound and breath.
Cancellation Policy
