Confidentiality
Updated: January 2026

Although I am not a doctor or therapist, I respect your right to privacy and treat what you share with me as confidential. I do not disclose client names or identifying details, and I take care not to share information in a way that could reasonably be used to recognize you, even by people who know you. This applies even if I am also working with members of the same family or community.

At times, I may reference client experiences in a generalized and non-identifying way for teaching, learning, or illustrative purposes (for example, to support another client or explain a pattern). These examples are always anonymized and altered to protect privacy.

If you would prefer that your experiences never be used in this way, you may let me know at any time and I will fully honor that preference. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
