A regular session is 75 minutes long and in person. It includes unconscious reprogramming through active imagination, energy work and somatic awareness. Please complete the Regular Session Form (link in confirmation email) and come prepared with your intention for the session--what you would like to accomplish, with the knowledge that we are co-creating this change in your life together.
