This is a basic tool, but I use it every minute of every day because, no matter how much you work on yourself and no matter how much you love your life…. It is life! And life is messy. It keeps blessing us with opportunities to grow and with opportunities to release the junk energy we are carrying around that weighs us down and triggers us to live in the past.
Step 1 [Feel] - Something comes up that you need to clear (a trigger, a tension, your pain body, an emotion, a negative thought, whatever it is) - and you choose to FEEL it instead of pushing it to the side.
Step 2 [Accept] -Accept and acknowledge it. For example: saying, 'this is what I feel right now' is a way to validate your feeling and so you can recognize it has value. Emotions and feelings are messages that teach us what is going on in our energy field.
Step 3 [Relax] - Relax your body, mind, or whatever is resisting whatever it is.
Step 4 [Release] - Take deep breaths and allow yourself to let go of what no longer serves you. You can even imagine yourself releasing it on the breath.
Step 5 [Free] - Feel the relief of being free of that heavy vibration and move forward with freedom and clarity!
